Terms in relation to the purchase of a Commission

You will be commissioning me to create a bespoke work of art from your photo(s).

Upon completion, I will email you an image of the art and you can decide whether to purchase or not.

Should you not purchase, then I reserve the right to amend the art work as I see fit, and sell it as a generic piece along with associated prints and other products.(Excluding portraits of people, which will be destroyed)

Should you decide to purchase then the agreed price is required to be paid in full before dispatch.

The rights bestowed upon you for any piece of artwork purchased from Shelley’s Art is for your personal use only. The copyright for the painting belongs to me and you do not have the rights to reproduce and/or sell copies in any form whatsoever.

Whilst I retain copyright in all my artworks, the purchased painting is exclusively for you and I will not create any other products using that painting.

I may use your photograph and the painting in my future promotions and on any of my online sites and stores, in order to showcase my art.

Making an order will be taken to mean that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
